I learned about these amazing little drops from a friend who I saw online had lost a lot of weight and was talking about how much better she was feeling… I was super intrigued because I had been feeling terrible for years and had put on extra weight that I felt so uncomfortable in. I expected to have some good results, but the results I ended up experiencing were even GREATER than what I anticipated, AND it was quite the interesting journey!
I did walk into this journey with Skinny Drops by jumping in feet first AND completely ignorant!
Initially I did NOT know that along with these amazing little drops came a recommended list of foods to eat — known as the “Approved Food List” — that aid in the acceleration of weight loss and hormonal balancing. Eating within the guideline of foods actually helps your body to reset and balance out. Taking the drops helps speed up that balancing process and helps your body to loose weight twice as fast than if you didn’t take them. But they also do SO MUCH more than that!
Like I said, I was really ignorant to what I was getting myself into — though I mean that in a good way!
I pretty much immediately noticed that I was having more energy and really felt more at peace.
I also really quickly noticed I was sleeping better through the night.
For so long, I had just felt worn out — and really just broken down by life. I had started experiencing not sleeping well through the night, which was not something I had ever experienced before.
On and off I would get pain through my arms and on one side my hip socket would hurt and I would have to hold to support when it would act up from time to time, and I had brain fog pretty consistently… and I was like 20lbs heavier than I was used to being or wanted to be.
Something I pretty quickly realized was that when I tried to consume things that I normally was having that just weren’t good for me and just made me feel kind of icky, and it really made me not want to have it in the moment or in the future when I thought back on how it made me feel.
I also begin to notice how some things just weren’t as important to me anymore as they were before, such as ice cream, which I had been consuming on a nightly basis for a while. I found myself more consumed with wanting to do other things and it just wasn’t important for me to stop doing those names to sit down and have ice cream which was not like me during that recent period of time.
One thing that I found that was quite the eye-opener for me, was seem to be correlated with my consumption of sugar.
As I had mentioned, I was frequently getting pains in my arms, and I didn’t know what was causing it. Because I had started no consuming sugar on a regular basis I had periods of going without, and when I did consume sugar, it seemed to correlate with the pain in my arms reoccurring!It was quite the revelation for me! I know that scientifically the saying goes that “correlation does not equal causation” but for me, it was very telling! And fast forwarding now, especially because I no longer get those pains in my arms!
Fast forward to now, my stress level is significantly decreased, I have no problems sleeping on my energy level is great, my brain fog is completely gone…. and I can fit into all my old clothes again!
It is beyond priceless to be able to feel and look like myself again!
